The Energy and Water Ombudsman receives and resolves complaints about electricity, gas and water services providers. Our services are free.

If you are a residential or small business electricity or gas customer and you have a complaint, first try to resolve it with your electricity or gas provider. Anyone can make a complaint about a water service provider. If you have a complaint about a water service provider, contact them first to try and resolve it.
