The Energy and Water Ombudsman Western Australia, established on 1 January 2014, was formerly the Energy Ombudsman (September 2005 - December 2013) and prior to that was the Gas Industry Ombudsman (May 2004 - September 2005).
The first Energy and Water Ombudsman Western Australia Annual Report was published in November 2014.
