Kaya! We acknowledge the Wadjuk Noongar People as the Traditional Custodians of the land on which our office sits.

It’s OK to complain

We listen. We give you a fair go.

We can look into problems with:

  • Housing
  • Child protection
  • Police
  • Health
  • Education
  • Prisons
  • Local government
  • Charitable trusts
  • Electricity, gas and water providers like Synergy, Horizon Power, Water Corporation
  • and more government services

How we help

We will listen, explain your rights, and help you make a complaint.

We will ask you what you have done to try to fix it yourself. Sometimes we will tell you about another service to help you.

Ways to complain

Respecting culture

We respect Aboriginal culture, family and community. We treat your complaint with respect and confidentiality.

If you prefer to speak to one of our Aboriginal staff, please let us know.
