We listen. We give you a fair go.
We can look into problems with:

- Child protection
- Police
- Health
- Education
- Prisons
- Local government
- Charitable trusts
- Electricity, gas and water providers like Synergy, Horizon Power, Water Corporation
- and more government services
How we help
We will listen, explain your rights, and help you make a complaint.
We will ask you what you have done to try to fix it yourself. Sometimes we will tell you about another service to help you.
